I really enjoyed the 2nd interview you had. No glitches this time : ) How has reading the “4hour work wk book” helped you in your interviewing, podcasting and blogging?

The main thing I think that has helped my blogging and podcasting from Tim was the 80/20 principle: as far as blogging and podcasting are concerned, there are really only two things that matter: the creation of the podcast and the promotion of it.
I should seek to eliminate doing all else which I have – the podcasts are currently being transcribed and I am not doing that. I will soon be delegating all the podcast sound editing if all goes well.
That will mean that I will only focus on the important things, seeking strategic guests, interviewing them and promoting the podcasts once they are done.
Something I got, not from Tim, but from another Internet marketer called Stephen Pierce was what I lovingly call “the Most wanted reponse”. Before I write a lot of posts and before I interview someone I write on a piece of paper what are the two most wanted reponses, the first one being what I want the audience to do for themselves after listening to the podcast and the second what I would like for them to do that advances either the blog’s interest’s or the interests of the guest which ultimately is in the blog’s interest because it solidifies the relationship.
The answer to the second question results in my asking folks to subscribe to the blog or RSS or in this case check out the Soulfege album. The answer to the first shapes the way in which I ask questions during the podcast as I usually write a long list of questions before every interview. Hope this helps
I purchased the album “Take Back The Mic by Soulfege and it’s FIRE! All I have to say is this: What would you do “To Be Free”? You better” Fight On”, and “Do Right” because “Once” you get a little “Funkadocious and Damoshi” you’ll be craving “Beans & Rice”. Alright ya’ll it’s “Just Me”.

I’m going with”Fight On”; that’s actually my ringtone on the phone. I love the music that Soulfege makes. In addition, Derrick Ashong is a brillant talent.
